BlackRock Limited Duration Income Trust

BlackRock Limited Duration Income Trust is a closed-end fixed income mutual fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. and managed by BlackRock Advisors, LLC. It invests primarily in U.S. fixed income securities, including investment grade corporate bonds, mortgage-related and asset-backed securities, U.S. Government and agency securities, and senior secured floating rate loans, across diversified sectors. The fund maintains an average portfolio duration of less than five years and benchmarks its performance against the Lehman Brothers U.S. Aggregate Index.
