Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that develops novel immunotherapies for cancer treatment. Its pipeline includes BDC-4182, a next-generation Boltbody ISAC targeting claudin 18.2 for gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other tumor types; BDC-3042, a dectin-2 agonist antibody program for non-small cell lung cancer, melanoma, and other solid tumors; CEA ISAC, a Boltbody ISAC targeting CEACAM5 for solid tumors including colorectal, non-small cell lung, pancreatic, and breast; and PD-L1 ISAC, a human anti-PD-L1 antibody conjugated to a next-generation TLR7/8 agonist payload via a non-cleavable linker to target tumor and immune cells for tumor regression and immunological memory. The company has collaboration agreements with Toray Industries, Genmab A/S, and Innovent Biologics, Inc., and a license agreement with Stanford University. Formerly known as Bolt Therapeutics, Inc., it changed its name to Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc. in July 2015, was incorporated in 2015, and is headquartered in Redwood City, California.
