Caspian Sunrise plc is an oil exploration and production company. It operates through four segments: exploration for and production of crude oil, onshore drilling services, offshore drilling services, and oil trading. Its flagship asset is the 99%-owned BNG Contract Area, covering 1,561 square kilometers in the Mangistau Oblast of western Kazakhstan. The company was formerly known as Roxi Petroleum Plc and changed its name to Caspian Sunrise plc in March 2017. Incorporated in 2006, it is based in London, United Kingdom.
