Its pipeline includes AZD1656, a glucokinase activator in Phase II trials for autoimmune disorders such as uveitis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, preterm labor, and renal transplant; AZD5658, in Phase I trials for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus; and AZD5904, which has completed Phase I trials for idiopathic male infertility.
