Ceconomy AG is a consumer electronics retailer operating through its subsidiaries. Its stores use the MediaMarkt and Saturn brands. Under the Deutsche Technikberatung brand, it provides at-home assistance with installing, connecting, and troubleshooting electronic devices. The company operates in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Hungary; Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Spain; and Western, Southern, and Eastern Europe. It was formerly known as METRO AG, was incorporated in 2001, and is based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
