Central Puerto S.A. is engaged in electric power generation in Argentina. It operates in three segments: Electric Power Generation From Conventional Sources; Electric Power Generation From Renewable Sources and Forest Activity; and Management and Operations of Thermal Plants. Its generation assets include combined cycle, gas and steam turbine, co-generation, hydroelectric, wind turbine, and solar panel facilities. The company is also involved in natural gas transport and distribution, forestry, and mining. It was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
