Compugen Ltd. is a clinical-stage therapeutic discovery and development company that researches, develops, and commercializes therapeutics and product candidates in Israel, the United States, and Europe. Its pipeline includes COM701, an anti-PVRIG antibody; COM902, an anti-TIGIT antibody; both are in Phase 1 trials for solid tumors as monotherapy and in combinations involving PVRIG/PD-1 and PVRIG/TIGIT blockade. Bapotulimab, an anti-ILDR2 antibody, is in Phase 1 trials for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and Rilvegostomig, an anti-PD-1/TIGIT bispecific antibody, is in Phase 3 for advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Preclinical programs include early-stage immuno-oncology efforts and COM503, an antibody blocking the IL-18 binding protein and IL-18 interaction. The company has a collaboration with Bristol-Myers Squibb to evaluate COM701 with Opdivo, and license agreements with AstraZeneca and Gilead Sciences.
