Avalon GloboCare Rebrands as Change Agents to Focus on Agentic AI

Avalon GloboCare Corp. is rebranding as Change Agents Corp. as it completes its transition into a pure-play agentic artificial intelligence software company. The company's common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol CHGA on July 22, 2026, with no effect on shareholders' ownership interests. The rebranding follows the acquisition of RPM Interactive and reflects a shift from a diversified technology business to a SaaS company focused on agentic AI platforms for businesses and content creators. Its portfolio includes Beacon, an AI Generative Engine Optimization platform expected to launch in late third quarter 2026, and Catch-Up, an autonomous AI-powered content creation platform in Phase 2 development with Amazon Web Services partner Caylent. The company is also evaluating additional AI software opportunities in defense, military, security, and other enterprise markets, while continuing to distribute the KetoAir breathalyzer, a Class I medical device registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
