Smart Powerr Corp., through its subsidiaries, provides energy-saving solutions and services in China. It offers energy-saving and recovery facilities for energy-intensive industries, waste energy recycling systems for nonferrous metal plants, and clean-technology and energy-efficient solutions to reduce air pollution and energy shortages. The company also designs, finances, constructs, operates, transfers, and installs waste energy recycling projects for mid- to large-size enterprises in high energy-consuming businesses. It was formerly known as China Recycling Energy Corporation and changed its name to Smart Powerr Corp. in March 2022, and is headquartered in Xi'an, China.
