Carvolix

Carvolix SA is a medical technology company that develops and markets minimally invasive medical devices in urology and structural heart in France. Its products include Artus, an implantable electro-mechanical artificial sphincter for moderate to severe urinary incontinence, and the Kalios and Epygon implants for mitral insufficiency, as well as Kardiozis technology for abdominal aortic aneurysm. The company was formerly known as Affluent Medical SA and changed its name to Carvolix SA in February 2026. Founded in 2011, it is headquartered in Aix-en-Provence, France.
