Dime Commercial Bancshares, Inc. is the holding company for Dime Community Bank, providing commercial banking and financial services in the United States. It accepts time, savings, and demand deposits from businesses, consumers, and local municipalities, and offers commercial real estate, multi-family, residential mortgage, construction and land loans, letters of credit, secured and unsecured commercial and consumer loans, lines of credit, and home equity loans. The company also invests in mortgage-backed securities, collateralized mortgage obligations, other asset-backed securities, U.S. Treasury securities, municipal obligations, government-sponsored enterprise securities, and corporate bonds. It provides deposit registry and insured cash sweep programs, deposit insurance, merchant card processing, ATM, cash and treasury management, escrow, lockbox, online banking, remote deposit capture, safe deposit boxes, individual retirement accounts, third-party investment products, and title insurance broker services. Formerly known as Dime Community Bancshares, Inc., it changed its name to Dime Commercial Bancshares, Inc. in May 2026. Founded in 1910, it is headquartered in Hauppauge, New York.

Dime Community Bancshares Reports Higher Second-Quarter Profit

Dime Community Bancshares announced an increase in second-quarter profit. Net income rose to $32.99 million, or $0.75 per share, from $27.88 million, or $0.64 per share, in the same period last year. Excluding items, adjusted earnings were $34.66 million, or $0.79 per share. Revenue climbed 15.3% to $126.45 million from $109.69 million a year earlier.
