Corgi Ports, Rail & Freight ETF

This fund is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to meet its objective through active management by Corgi Strategies, LLC (the Adviser). Under ordinary market conditions, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of companies materially involved in the ownership, operation, and enablement of freight transportation and logistics infrastructure used to move goods across domestic and international supply chains. The fund is non-diversified.
