Sparkline International Intangible Value ETF

The fund invests in equity securities of publicly listed non-U.S. companies that Sparkline Capital LP considers attractive relative to its proprietary measure of "intangible-augmented intrinsic value." Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of publicly listed non-U.S. companies. These holdings include common stocks and depositary receipts evidencing ownership of common stocks that meet the sub-adviser's definition of value.
