Enwell Energy plc

Enwell Energy plc explores, develops, and produces oil and gas properties in Ukraine. It holds a 100% interest in several gas and condensate fields: the Mekhediviska-Golotvshinska and Svyrydivske fields in the Poltava region covering 253 square kilometers, the Vasyschevskoye field in the Kharkiv region covering 33.2 square kilometers, and the Svystunivsko-Chervonolutskyi field in the Poltava region of north-eastern Ukraine covering 97 square kilometers. The company also produces liquefied petroleum gas. Formerly known as Regal Petroleum plc, it changed its name to Enwell Energy plc in May 2020. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in London, the United Kingdom, Enwell Energy plc is a subsidiary of Smart Energy (CY) Ltd.
