It is co-managed by Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC and Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, LLC, and invests in U.S. fixed income markets. The fund primarily holds a diversified portfolio of taxable municipal securities known as Build America Bonds. It was formerly known as Guggenheim Taxable Municipal Managed Duration Trust, was formed on October 26, 2010, and is domiciled in the United States.
