Generation Bio Co. is a biotechnology company that discovers, develops, and commercializes redosable therapeutics designed to reprogram T cells in vivo, aiming to reduce or eliminate the production and persistence of autoreactive T cells. It develops cell-targeted lipid nanoparticles (ctLNP) to selectively deliver small interfering RNA (siRNA) to T cells, a selective, intracellular, and genetically precise mechanism of target engagement that could unlock high-value, historically undruggable disease-driving genes in autoimmunity.
