Genenta Science S.p.A. develops hematopoietic stem cell gene therapies for the treatment of solid tumors in Italy. Its lead candidate, Temferon, is in Phase 1/2a clinical trials for glioblastoma multiforme in patients with an unmethylated MGMT gene promoter, and is also being developed for other solid tumor indications. The company is developing a biologic platform that delivers immunomodulatory molecules directly to the tumor by infiltrating monocytes/macrophages. In addition, it designs, engineers, and manufactures high-precision tactical rifles, chassis systems, optics mounts, bipods, and related accessories, and builds critical mechanical components for space and defense systems.
