Granite Real Estate Investment Trust

Granite is a Canadian-based real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on acquiring, developing, owning, and managing buildings, primarily logistics facilities, warehouses, and industrial buildings in North America and Europe. As of November 5, 2025, Granite owned approximately 60.9 million square feet of gross leasable area across 140 investment properties in five countries. The trust has a highly integrated team of real estate professionals with extensive experience in operations, leasing, development, investment, and asset management, based at its head office in Toronto, Canada, and in regional offices in the Netherlands.
