InflaRx N.V. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that discovers and develops inhibitors using C5a technology in Germany and the United States. Its lead product candidate, vilobelimab, is a first-in-class monoclonal anti-human complement factor C5a antibody in Phase 3 trials for early septic organ dysfunction. The company also develops Izicopan, an oral low-molecular-weight C5aR-targeting drug that has completed Phase 2a trials, and IFX002, a preclinical candidate for chronic inflammatory indications. InflaRx has co-development agreements with Staidson (Beijing) BioPharmaceuticals, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and U.S. BARDA and PPD. Formerly Fireman B.V., it changed its name to InflaRx N.V. in 2017, was founded in 2007, and is headquartered in Jena, Germany.
