Its lead product candidate, IMG-007, is a non-depleting anti-OX40 monoclonal antibody that binds to the OX40 receptor on activated T cells to block receptor binding to the OX40 ligand; it is in a Phase 1b/2a clinical trial. The company was formerly known as Ikena Oncology, Inc. and changed its name to ImageneBio, Inc. in July 2025. It is headquartered in San Diego, California.
