Impact Growth REIT

Impact Growth Real Estate Investment Trust is a REIT established under the Trust for Transactions in Capital Market Act, per a trust deed between RMI Company Limited as Trust Settlor and Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited as Trustee. Established on 22 September 2014 as a specific closed-end REIT with an indefinite term, it invests in ownership of land, buildings, utility systems, and equipment of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, specifically IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Exhibition Center, IMPACT Forum, and IMPACT Challenger. The Stock Exchange of Thailand approved the listing of its investment trusts, with trading permitted from 1 October 2014. The Trust is managed by RMI Company Limited, with Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited as Trustee and Impact Exhibition Management Company Limited as Property Manager; as at 30 September 2025 and 31 March 2025, Impact Exhibition Management Company Limited is the major unitholder with 49.33%.
