Its customers include businesses; state, county, and municipal governments; and the healthcare, K-12 education, public safety, other public sector, risk management, and financial services sectors, among others. Formerly known as GlobalWise Investments, Inc., it changed its name to Intellinetics, Inc. in September 2014. Founded in 1996, it is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
