Janus Henderson AA-A CLO ETF

The fund seeks its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) of any maturity. These CLOs must be rated between AA+ and A- inclusive (or equivalent by a nationally recognized statistical rating organization) at the time of purchase, or if unrated, determined by the Adviser to be of comparable credit quality. The fund is non-diversified.
