KR1 Plc is a digital asset company based in Douglas, Isle of Man. It focuses on the infrastructure layer of decentralized networks, securing Ethereum and other networks to compound its asset base through strategic investments. The company was formerly known as Kryptonite 1 plc and changed its name to KR1 Plc in February 2018. It was incorporated in 2006.
