Kiromic BioPharma, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotherapeutics company that uses non-engineered and engineered allogeneic Gamma Delta T (GDT) cell technologies to develop therapies for solid tumors in the United States. Its lead product candidate, Deltacel-01, is in a Phase 1 clinical trial in combination with low-dose targeted radiation for patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The company also develops Isocel, Procel, ALEXIS-ISO-1, and ALEXIS-PRO-1, each in clinical trials in combination with low-dose radiation for various solid malignancies. It has a license agreement with Longwood University. Formerly known as Kiromic, Inc., it changed its name to Kiromic BioPharma, Inc. in December 2019, was founded in 2006, and is headquartered in Houston, Texas. On March 21, 2025, the company filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
