This fund is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to meet its objective through active management by Corgi Strategies, LLC, the adviser. Under ordinary market conditions, it invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of companies materially involved in the development, deployment, and operation of space-based systems and satellite communications infrastructure used for connectivity, sensing, navigation, and data services. These holdings include select private investments accessed through special purpose vehicles. The fund is non-diversified.
