MBB SE acquires and manages medium-sized companies in Germany and internationally. It operates through four segments: Friedrich Vorwerk, Aumann, DTS, and Delignit. The company provides systems for energy transport and distribution, including gas, electricity, hydrogen, and district heating; technologies for electric motors, battery assembly, electrode coating, and fuel cell production; and cyber security, data center, and cloud services. It also produces wood-based materials, tissue products, and polyurethane foam products. Formerly MBB Industries AG, it changed its name to MBB SE in March 2015 and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, founded in 1995.
