The Trust seeks to achieve its investment objective by holding bitcoin. Its Delegated Sponsor is Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Morgan Stanley. The Trust does not give investors direct exposure to spot bitcoin, and an investment in the Trust is not a direct investment in bitcoin.
