North Atlantic Energies is engaged in refining activities in France. It offers energy products such as essences, diesel fuel, domestic fuel oils, and marine fuels, as well as specialty products including base oils, finished lubricants, bitumen, paraffins and white oils, and additives and heavy olefins. The company operates a network of fuel retailers under the Esso brand and engages in wholesale of heating oils, diesel, non-road diesel, and fuels. Formerly known as Esso S.A.F., it changed its name to North Atlantic Energies in November 2025. Founded in 1902, it is headquartered in Nanterre, France, and operates as a subsidiary of North Atlantic France SAS.
