Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing precision immunodiagnostic agents and immunotherapeutics. Formerly Neoprobe Corporation, it changed its name to Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. in January 2012, was incorporated in 1983, and is headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. On October 1, 2025, the company filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
