NovaBridge Biosciences is a biotechnology company focused on the research and development of immuno-oncology agents for cancer treatment in the United States. It operates through two segments: Oncology and Ophthalmology. Its pipeline includes givastomig, a potential CLDN18.2 bispecific antibody in Phase 2 trials in combination with nivolumab and chemotherapy for gastric cancer and other CLDN18.2-positive gastrointestinal malignancies, and in Phase 1b for first-line gastric cancer; VIS-101, a VEGF-A × ANG-2 bispecific biologic in Phase 2 for wet age-related macular degeneration and other retinal diseases, including diabetic macular edema; and ragistomag, in Phase 1 for multiple solid tumors. The company has a licensing agreement with AskGene for VIS-101, collaborations with Bristol Myers Squibb for givastomig, and a license and collaboration agreement with AbbVie Ireland Unlimited Company for lemzoparlimab. Formerly known as I-Mab, it changed its name to NovaBridge Biosciences in October 2025. Founded in 2014, it is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland.
