Virtus AllianzGI Convertible & Income Fund II

Virtus Convertible & Income Fund II is a closed-end fixed income mutual fund launched and managed by Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC, and co-managed by Allianz Global Investors U.S. LLC. It invests primarily in U.S. convertible securities and non-convertible high-yield bonds rated below investment grade, across a broad range of maturities with a weighted average maturity of five to ten years. The fund uses fundamental analysis and a bottom-up stock picking approach, supported by in-house research and proprietary models. Formerly known as AGIC Convertible & Income Fund II, it was formed on July 31, 2003 and is domiciled in the United States.
