NexMetals Mining Corp. is a mineral exploration and evaluation company focused on discovering and advancing copper-nickel-cobalt-platinum group elements resources in Canada, Barbados, and Botswana. Its flagship assets are the Selebi and Selebi North copper-nickel-cobalt mines in Botswana, along with related infrastructure, the Cu-Ni-Co-PGE Selkirk mine in Botswana, associated infrastructure, and four surrounding prospecting licences. The company was formerly known as Premium Resources Ltd. and changed its name to NexMetals Mining Corp. in June 2025. It is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
