N2OFF, Inc. is an agri-food tech company that develops and sells eco-friendly green solutions for the food industry, aimed at enhancing food safety and extending the shelf life of fresh produce. Its products are based on a proprietary blend of food acids combined with oxidizing agent-based sanitizers and low-concentration fungicides, used for cleaning, sanitizing, and controlling pathogens on fresh produce. The product line includes SavePROTECT (also known as PeroStar), SF3HS and SF3H, SpuDefender, and FreshProtect. The company was formerly known as Save Foods, Inc. and changed its name to N2OFF, Inc. in March 2024. It was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Hod HaSharon, Israel.
