It operates Natuzzi Italia, Divani&Divani by Natuzzi, Natuzzi Re-vive, and Natuzzi Editions stores, selling through its own and franchised stores. Formerly known as Industrie Natuzzi S.p.A., it changed its name to Natuzzi S.p.A. in June 2002. Incorporated in 1959, it is headquartered in Santeramo In Colle, Italy.
