enVVeno Medical Corporation is a medical device company focused on developing bioprosthetic tissue-based solutions to improve the standard of care for venous disease in the United States. Its lead product is the VenoValve, a surgical replacement venous valve for chronic venous insufficiency, implanted into the femoral vein via a 5-to-6-inch incision in the upper thigh. The company also develops enVVe, a non-surgical transcatheter-based replacement venous valve system consisting of the enVVe valve, delivery system, and accessories. Formerly known as Hancock Jaffe Laboratories, Inc., it changed its name to enVVeno Medical Corporation in October 2021, was incorporated in 1999, and is based in Irvine, California.
