The index is a rules-based, observable pricing and total return index for CLO debt offered for sale in the United States. Eligible debt must be rated at issuance as AAA or AA by at least one major rating agency, or carry an equivalent rating as determined by Palmer Square Capital Management LLC. The advisor uses an indexing strategy to pursue the fund's objective. The fund is non-diversified.
