Under normal circumstances, the fund invests in securities that are rated investment grade at the time of purchase. This means a rating of BBB- or higher from S&P Global Ratings and/or Fitch Ratings, Inc., or Baa3 or higher from Moody's Investors Service, Inc. If a security is unrated, the fund's investment adviser determines whether it is of equivalent quality.
