Scully Royalty Ltd. is an iron ore mining company with operations in the United States, Africa, Canada, Asia, and Europe. It operates through two segments: Royalty and Merchant Banking. The company holds a royalty interest in the Scully iron ore mine in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and provides merchant banking solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises. It also holds industrial real estate parks that primarily lease space for storage and production facilities, serving the manufacturing, natural resources, and medical supplies and services industries. Formerly known as MFC Bancorp Ltd., it changed its name to Scully Royalty Ltd. in June 2019, was incorporated in 2017, and is based in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China.
