Sunworks, Inc.

Sunworks, Inc. went out of business. Through its subsidiaries, it provided photovoltaic and battery-based power and storage systems for commercial, agricultural, industrial, public works, and residential markets in the United States. The company also designed, arranged financing for, integrated, installed, and managed systems for residential homeowners and commercial and public works projects. Formerly known as Solar3D, Inc., it changed its name to Sunworks, Inc. in March 2016. Incorporated in 2002 and headquartered in Provo, Utah, Sunworks, Inc. and its affiliates filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 on February 5, 2024, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
