AT&T Inc. provides communications and digital entertainment services through four segments: Business Solutions, Entertainment Group, Consumer Mobility, and International. Business Solutions offers wireless, strategic, legacy voice, data, and wireless equipment services to multinational companies, government and wholesale customers, and individual subscribers. Entertainment Group provides video and audio programming to about 25 million subscribers, broadband and Internet services to 13.5 million residential subscribers, and voice services, including IP-based technology. Consumer Mobility offers postpaid and prepaid wireless voice and data services, consulting, advertising, and application and co-location services, and sells handsets, wirelessly enabled computers, and wireless data cards. International provides digital television services under the DIRECTV and SKY brands in Latin America and postpaid and prepaid wireless services in Mexico to about 15 million subscribers under the AT&T and Unefon brands. The company was formerly known as SBC Communications Inc. and changed its name to AT&T Inc. in November 2005. It was founded in 1983 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
