The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing all of its assets in securities included in the index. The rules-based index is composed of U.S. index ETFs. Its primary goal is to gain exposure to U.S. large cap equities while attempting to lower volatility by avoiding indexes and ETFs that, in the Adviser's view, are currently in a down trending cycle.
