The company also manages clinical trials and palliative care programs, operates combined community clinics and infusion suites, and runs a specialty pharmacy with in-office and mail-order dispensing for oral and self-injectable medications used alongside in-office cancer therapies. It serves adult and senior cancer patients. Formerly known as The Oncology Institute, Inc., it changed its name to Starling Oncology, Inc. in August 2026. Founded in 2007, it is headquartered in Cerritos, California.
