Tevogen Inc. is a clinical-stage specialty immunotherapy company that develops off-the-shelf precision T cell therapies for infectious diseases, cancers, and other disorders. Its pipeline includes TVGN 489, which completed a Phase 1 trial in ambulatory high-risk adult COVID-19 patients and is in Phase 1 testing for acute SARS-CoV-2 in patients with B-cell cancer immune suppression, as well as for Long COVID prevention and treatment. Other candidates include TVGN 920 for cervical cancer, TVGN 960 for oropharyngeal cancer, TVGN 601 for multiple sclerosis, TVGN 930 for Epstein-Barr virus associated lymphomas, and TVGN 116 for hepatitis B, all preclinical. The company also offers an artificial intelligence platform for drug development. Formerly known as Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc., it changed its name to Tevogen Inc. in July 2026, was incorporated in 2020, and is headquartered in Warren, New Jersey.
