Invesco Advantage MIT II

Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II is a closed-ended fixed income mutual fund launched by Invesco Ltd. It is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. and several other Invesco entities, including Invesco Asset Management (Japan) Limited, Invesco Asset Management Deutschland GmbH, Invesco Asset Management Limited, Invesco Canada Ltd., Invesco Hong Kong Limited, and Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc. The fund invests primarily in investment grade U.S. municipal securities, such as municipal bonds, notes, commercial paper, and lease obligations, using fundamental analysis with a bottom-up security selection approach. It was formerly known as Invesco Van Kampen Advantage Municipal Income Trust II, was formed on August 27, 1993, and is domiciled in the United States.
