Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. is a Maryland corporation formed on June 23, 2011. It serves as the general partner of Wheeler REIT, L.P., a Virginia limited partnership formed on April 5, 2012. As of June 30, 2026, the Company owned 100% of the Operating Partnership and owned and operated fifty-nine properties, including fifty-six retail shopping centers and three undeveloped properties across South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Jersey, Florida, Connecticut, Kentucky, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Alabama, Maryland and West Virginia. These properties include those acquired through the Cedar Acquisition.
