中国政府系投資会社のChina Reform Holdings CorporationとChina Chengtong Holdings Groupは、中国資本市場の安定化に向け、中央政府の監督下にある国有企業の株式保有比率を引き上げると発表した。China Reform Holdingsによると、系列会社は自社株買いや保有比率引き上げのための特別融資制度から500億人民元超を、また市場安定化のための追加資金を活用した。一方、China Chengtongとその系列会社は最近、中央国有企業の株式を累計で100億人民元近く取得しており、今後も自己資金とリファイナンス融資ツールを活用し、国有企業株、テクノロジー企業株、ETFを大規模に買い進める方針だ。
