ウルボ銀行は、リトアニア銀行理事会が2026年7月21日に、カウンターシクリカル資本バッファー比率を2027年8月1日より1.25%に引き上げることを決定したと発表しました。それまでは1.0%で据え置かれます。この要件は、国内で認可された銀行、連結ベースの中央信用組合グループ、外国銀行の支店を含む、リトアニアのすべての信用機関に適用されます。
