Prudential Financial, Inc.プルデンシャル生命保険は27日、2026年4～6月期決算を発表し、新規契約高が前年同期比92.8％減の690億円と大幅に落ち込んだ。社員による金銭詐取問題を受け、2月上旬から新規契約の販売活動を自粛していることが影響した。販売自粛中にもかかわらず計上された新規契約は、大半が既存の法人契約先の新入社員による追加加入だという。解約に伴う返戻金は1485億円で、前年同期の905億円を上回り、金銭詐取問題の影響がみられる。
