Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited, or ADVANC, announced that the Supreme Administrative Court issued a ruling on 17 September 2026 dismissing the case against Digital Phone Company Limited, or DPC, a subsidiary of ADVANC, in case number 1651/2558, in which National Telecom Public Company Limited, or NT, sued to claim payment for telecommunications equipment and network usage. As a result, DPC is not required to pay 1.223 billion baht, and the case is now final. Meanwhile, two other cases, case numbers 918/2558 and 741/2559, which are the remaining parts of the same group of cases with a combined value of 1.979 billion baht, are still under consideration by the Supreme Administrative Court. ADVANC will report further significant developments.
